Over 100 SPP athletes and their families attended our guest speaker – Sports Dietitian Ilana Jorgensen (EatFit Nutrition).
Ilana spoke about a range of important topics for teenage athletes. All families were given a package of information and gained valuable knowledge on how to fuel the body before exercise/during exercise and during the recovery phase. Ilana also discussed the importance of hydration and how nutrition can improve overall performance. Another great opportunity provided by our Sporting Pathway Program.
