Prospective 2021 Enrolments

If your child would like to enrol in Warrnambool College an Initial Enrolment Form is to be filled out and returned to the school.

Once the the initial enrolment form is completed and returned to the school an Assistant Principal will contact you to arrange a meeting and a school tour to enrol your child at Warrnambool College.

Year 7 Enrolments for 2022

Our Open Night was held on March 29th 2021 for all prospective year 7 students.

For students of Government State Schools, a transition pack will be distributed to all students from your Primary School in term two, 2021.

For Students of non-government schools, please fill out the form below before May 2021. We will then forward all families our welcome letter and information pack. 

2022 Year 7 Families and Students Welcome & Information Evenings

A Family/Student Information Evening for all 2022 Year 7 students will be held during October in the College Auditorium. This night will cover a personal overview of curriculum initiatives, a session on our communication package of Compass, an overview of the day to day operations at the College, including our House System, Sporting Academies, Music Program, Musical and interaction with current Year 7 students.

This evening will also be an opportunity for information to be given out and for any questions you may have regarding Orientation Days and the start of the school year. Parents/Guardians and students are strongly encouraged to attend the information evening.

Proof of Residency

To assist Warrnambool College in assessing your child’s eligibility for enrolment, please include in your enrolment application original or certified copies of:
Rental agreements or unconditional contracts of sale OR a copy of two of the following:

  • electoral enrolment confirmation
  • council rates notices
  • other official documentation that demonstrates permanent residency at that address such as a driver’s license or health care card

Documents should show the same address and parent’s/carer’s name as recorded on the school enrolment application form.
Note: Enrolment applications may not be successful if the requested documentation is not provided.

Our School Zone

Our school zone is available on Findmyschool.vic.gov.au. This site hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones for 2020 onwards.

Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

The Department provides guidance through the School Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.
