If your child would like to enrol in Warrnambool College an Initial Enrolment Form is to be filled out and submitted.
Once the the initial enrolment form is completed an Assistant Principal will contact you to arrange a meeting to finalise enrolment.
For students of Government State Schools, a transition pack will be distributed to all students containing all relevent forms, from your Primary School in term two, 2023. You do not have to fill out the online form below.
For Students of non-government schools, please fill out the form below before May 2023. We will then forward all families our welcome letter and information pack.
We welcome all prospective families to our Open Night on Monday 27th March from 4:30pm - 7:00pm.
A Family/Student Information Evening for all enrolled 2024 Year 7 students will be held during October. This night will cover a personal overview of curriculum initiatives, a session on our communication package of Compass, an overview of the day to day operations at the College, including our House System, Sporting Academies, Music Program, Musical and interaction with current Year 7 students.
This evening will also be an opportunity for information to be given out and for any questions you may have regarding Orientation Days and the start of the school year. Parents/Guardians and students are strongly encouraged to attend the information evening.
To assist Warrnambool College in assessing your child’s eligibility for enrolment, please include in your enrolment application original or certified copies of:
Rental agreements or unconditional contracts of sale OR a copy of two of the following:
Documents should show the same address and parent’s/carer’s name as recorded on the school enrolment application form.
Note: Enrolment applications may not be successful if the requested documentation is not provided.
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined based on your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.
