Warrnambool College’s foundational values are built around Persistence, Resilience, and Mutual Respect. These have seeped into successive school documents and communications. In 2025, the school is introducing Respect, Resilience, and Responsibility as their refreshed core values—demonstrating both continuity and evolution.
